the five f's

faithstrategyidentitycommunity

finance. faith. friends. family. fitness.

that is it. those are the five fundamental pillars. everything else is a subset of one of these.

the pillars

finance. you need resources to build, to give, to be sovereign. money is not the goal. money is the fuel. if you are broke, you are dependent. if you are dependent, you are not free. get your money right so you can fund the mission.

faith. your relationship with God. the source of everything. your direction, your discernment, your courage, your peace. without faith, the other four pillars have no foundation. you are building on sand.

friends. your inner circle. the people who sharpen you, challenge you, hold you accountable, and celebrate your wins without jealousy. keep your crew tight. iron sharpens iron. the people around you determine your ceiling.

family. the people you are building for. your legacy. your lineage. your responsibility. whether that is the family you were born into or the family you are creating, this is the why behind the grind.

fitness. your body is infrastructure. if your body breaks down, everything else breaks down. your nervous system is the foundation. sleep, eat clean, move your body. you cannot operate in holy flow from a broken vessel.

the balance

most people are strong in one or two and neglecting the rest. the finance guy who has no faith. the faith guy who is broke. the fitness guy who has no real friends. the family man who never invests in himself.

the goal is not perfection in all five. the goal is intentional attention to all five. audit yourself weekly. which F is getting neglected? that is where the enemy will attack. that is where things start to crumble.

the docs connection

your jarvis should have docs for all five. financial plans. prayer journals. relationship files for your inner circle. family goals. fitness logs. if a pillar is not documented, it is not being managed. and if it is not being managed, it is decaying.

docsmax across all five F's. not just the ones that feel productive.

finance. faith. friends. family. fitness. audit all five. neglect none.
