mirthmaxxing is the practice of cranking joy to the top of the dial and leaving it there. humor as a daily discipline, not a garnish.
when you work at a high level, the stakes get heavy. the room gets expensive. the people around you carry a lot. the temptation is to match the weight with more weight. that is a trap. what actually unsticks the room is mirth. a real laugh. a joke that lands. a riff that makes somebody spit out their drink.
why it matters at altitude
the higher you go, the more serious everyone gets. more money, more eyes, more consequences. everybody starts speaking in buzzwords and covering their back. that is when the work dies.
